Each month, there are two pay periods. They are the 1st through the 15th, and the 16th through the last day of the month. Time cards are submitted twice a month and paychecks are issued on the 5th and the 20th of each month.


It is required that employees record time worked on each job daily. This record may be kept by the employee on paper, in a journal, or on a electronic spreadsheet.   A DCAA auditer will contact you from time to time (unanounced) and may ask to see this record.

In addition, your time card must be sent electronically via your ZeCoat email address at the end of each pay period.  Please complete the time card you were given and send to Gillian at .
