Quality Assurance
ZeCoat is an International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) registered supplier operating a quality management system that fulfills the requirements of the AS9100:2016 standard.
We strive to continuously improve our products and customer satisfaction through detailed documentation of process operations and constant measurement of process parameters, which ensure our products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Our customers are welcomed and encouraged to review our quality plan, and we will make any necessary modifications to ensure compliance with the most stringent requirements.
Quality assurance is an integral part of every product manufactured at ZeCoat, and every product is tested for conformance to the customer's specification as part of our quality control program. ZeCoat plans quality management for each individual contract based on the customer's specific requirements. Once requirements are defined, a detailed process traveler is created to document the individual procedures and testing needed to demonstrate compliance.
The process traveler includes several quality assurance checkpoints to ensure that low quality is prevented. When the final product is produced, ZeCoat performs total quality control testing on witness coupons to verify requirements have been met. ZeCoat then generates lessons learned that will be used to improve the process, and requests feedback from our customers to improve services.
